Service and Technical Supervisor
We are currently assisting a leading local manufacturing business as they recruit for a Service and Technical Supervisor.
To provide direct customer service and technical knowledge to our customer base, Good can do attitude and problem solving skills are essential. Leadership and team management skills are essential for this role.
Role will involve
To get an up to date log of all technical enquiries and fault issues, look for trends and action accordingly, data analysis to be presented in the tech monthly meeting
Product updates working with technical manager and purchasing manager to ensure the business is continuously looking for better products in the market and better methods to rectify any issues we have in our manufacturing process.
Work as part of a team to create a technical platform for our internal staff members and our installers to use via the website.
Develop and update the technical folders to ensure everything is easy to find for all employees.
Basic CAD skills
To proactively identify and suggest preventative and corrective actions and initiatives
To deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
Take ownership of all the service call department complaints
To lead a team to ensure the department is always positively progressing and control the change management within.
Development of the systems and processes within the department
Cost efficiency of service delivery
Deliver training to internal and external customers
Ensuring the provision of the service team plan is delivered
