Part Time Administrator
We are assisting a local business as they look to strengthen the team with a part time administrator.
Approx 24 hours per week
Responsibilties will include
Looking after all adminstration duties in a busy workshop environment.
Checking and replying to emails
Creating quotes for customers
Creating invoices and taking payment
Placing orders with suppliers
Preparing monthly accounts, purchase ledger, sales ledger, banking etc..
Filing, photocopying, typing etc...
Answering the phone
Microsoft office, word, excel and outlook.
Experience essential, very busy environment so a lot of autonomy to develop systems and procedures.
