ICT Project Support
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Project Support Officer, to join our organisation and assist with a laptop upgrade and deployment initiative.
This role is expected to last for 3 months, however could last longer. Also it is an opportunity to network within our Organisation for future job positions or development opportunities.
The pay rate for this position is £12.50 per hour, and working pattern is Monday - Friday (37hrs). Pay is weekly.
The purpose of this role is to assist the ICT department in a laptop deployment programme, across the business.
The successful applicant should be a customer service superstar, who also has the technical knowledge to be able to answer questions from employees or seek an answer where appropriate. You will also be self-sufficient with time management and organisation is a key part of the role. The ability to take instructions and work as part of a team is essential. You will be representing the ICT department therefore professionalism and integrity are also required attributes.
To facilitate this we are looking for someone who can take instructions well and has the ability to set up a laptop to scope with high levels of attention to detail, including troubleshooting on installing of company SaaS solutions and legacy software.
Candidates with a background in Project Management is desirable, however the ability to set up laptops with professional software and functions, is of the highest importance.
