Job Title: Counter Sales Advisor
Location: Scunthorpe
Work Type: Part time, 24 hours per week
Pay Rate: £11.44 p/h plus commission
Job Summary:
On behalf of our client who have become one of the largest independent Flooring retailers in the area we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Counter Sales Advisor to join their team. The Counter Sales Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for building rapport with customers, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Willingness to learn about products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to clients
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall company goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Work Hours
9am – 5pm (days to be confirmed)
